Our commitment and philosophy on quality
Quality is assured at incremental levels appropriate for the scope of the project and the client's instructions and requirements:

• Level 1 – Proofreading performed by the expert responsible for the project
• Level 2 – Editing by a language specialist
• Level 3 – Proofreading by a QA specialist
• Special QA procedures such as on-application product inspection and support

The final product is submitted for customer approval and supported by our guarantee.
This process ensures that the customer gets the required quality of work— we maintain the highest standards at all stages of the project.
